Pat & Helena Hanlon are your hosts. Spires Gardens was originally part of the O'Hara of Lenaboy Estate. The house is part of a small development which is surrounded by a high wall and defence tower. The wall and tower date back to the early 19th Century and would have been requisitioned by Lieutenant Colonel O Hara. Pat and Helena originally came from Donegal and "Gaeilge" the native Irish language is spoken, as well as english. Helena has worked all her life in the catering profession.
