County Kerry in the province of Munster and the county town is Tralee. Due to its unspoilt beauty the county is a magnet for tourists and the lovely town of Killarney is the centre of this activity and the main starting point for the beautiful tourist trail the Ring of Kerry. Notable towns on the Ring of Kerry are Killorglin, Cahersiveen, Waterville and Kenmare. Kerry is a land of lakes, mountains and freshwater rivers - The three highest mountains are Carrauntoohil, Beenkeragh and Caher, all part of the MacGillycuddy's Reeks range west of Killarney.
