A dream come true for the serious walker as Annascaul takes in the Dingle Way walkers route. Inch beach which is approx 6km from Teac Seain is ideal for surfers and swimmers alike. A popular spot for gliders also. The beach is approx three and a half miles long. Annascaul lake which is approx two and a half miles from the village is a beautiful place for a fishing/ picnic day out. Annacsaul is also well known for it's two famous sons; Tom Crean - Antartic Explorer and Jerome O Connor - renowned sculptor.
